Why It Matters

What being regulated means for you

Regulation is a set of obligations we are held to, not a badge. These are the ones that affect you most directly.

Read the policies

Your money is kept separate

Client funds are held in segregated accounts and are not used to run the business.

We must know who you are

Identity and address checks are a regulatory requirement, which is why we ask for documents when you open an account.

We must be clear about risk

You receive a risk disclosure and transparent pricing before you trade, and we cannot promise returns.

You can go above us

If a complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, you can refer it to the relevant regulator.

Don't Take Our Word for It

Verify our licences in under a minute

Both regulators publish public registers. Check that the entity name, licence number and address match what you see here.

  1. Open the regulator's register

Use the buttons on this page, or type the regulator's website address yourself rather than following a link from an email.

  2. Search by licence number

FSC: GB24203599 - CMA: 20200000435. Searching by number avoids look-alike company names.

  3. Match the details

The entity name, licence type and registered address should match this page and our footer. If anything differs, contact us before depositing.

Not sure which apply to you?

Check which entity you're registered under

Every client is registered with Kudo Trade (Mauritius) Ltd. If you were introduced by Kudo Financial Services LLC, that is also recorded on your account. You can check in two places.

In the client portal

Sign in, then go to Account → User Settings → Profile. Your registered entity, and the entity that introduced you, are shown there.

Open the client portal

In your welcome email

The email you received when your account was opened states the entity you are registered under and, where relevant, the entity that introduced you.

If you can't find either, contact support and we'll confirm it for you.
